Hi, I’m Lauren. A mom of two amazing kiddos (and three bonus kiddos).
I am a Florida native and a self-starting business woman who loves to motivate and encourage others through fitness, family and fueling their focus with positive energy.
My enthusiasm for healthy living started at an early age. I grew up playing tennis, track, and cheerleading, and ever since then, I wanted to share my passion with others.
After being a financial advisor for 5 years, I realized I didn’t want to sit behind a desk anymore and became my own boss. I decided to open my award-winning studios, Pure Barre Tampa and St. Petersburg and could not be more proud of the success they achieved. I soon helped open more studios in Clearwater and Bradenton and love to see how they have helped the greater Tampa Bay community.
And then in May 2017, everything changed. I was approached with a new business venture called Prüvit, a worldwide leader in Ketone technology. Even though I had never heard of it, I decided to try it for myself, and it completely transformed my life. Prüvit helped me spread my passion for health and wellness far beyond what I ever could have imagined.
Prüvit has given me the ability to work from home, while building a thriving global business.
Today, I am continuing to cultivate my Prüvit team throughout the globe, while happily living in Sarasota with my amazing family.
