During this uncertain time, the one thing we have that is the most impactful is our mindsets. Mindset truly is everything. You can CONTROL how you react to certain situations. We have the ability to use this time to reinvent and develop into stronger versions of ourselves. It is important to live in the moment and be present. One thing that this has taught me is to appreciate all of the beautiful opportunities that life presents us.

Ways To Stay Positive

There are many ways to elevate yourself and stay on a positive track. Exercise, eating healthy, stating positive affirmations or “I AM” statements, reading personal development books, and dancing are a few of my favorites. Exercise and eating well are wonderful ways to help boost your mood. I find that when I am exercising and eating well, my mindset is better. Even when I am not eating my best, I find that moving my body always helps. It gets my endorphins going!!! With social distancing and gyms/fitness studios being closed, I have moved my workouts outside with the kids and in the living room online. Always find the positive in every situation!

Just because the gyms are closed doesn’t mean you can’t get your body moving! Somedays I might not be able to get a workout in, and that’s ok. I always keep my mind positive, and I get back on track as soon as I can. Another way to stay positive is stating positive affirmations to yourself. Doing this daily will help you work through stress and find a solution in the current situation.

One of my favorite parts about being home with the kids is getting to teach them all about having a positive mindset. We say our “I AM” statements in the morning. We talk about how grateful we are to have all that we have during this time. This isn’t going to last forever, but we need to make the best out of our current scenario. This is only temporary and the only place to go from here is up! Another way to remain positive is to DANCE through it all. When you have smile on your face and move your body everything gets better. Change your physiology and change your state of mind!

How To Re-Evaluate Goals And Be A GOAL Crusher

Let’s be real here and state some facts. Anyone can set a goal but actually following through and achieving that goal takes consistency, hard work, and a strong mindset. You need to first ask yourself what goals you want to set and accomplish. Setting goals that are clear, measurable, and achievable are key. Goal setting is important for everyone to stay focused, accountable, visualize your dreams and overcome procrastination. There are many ways to set goals and you need to find a strategy that works best for you.

A few goal setting tips that really have worked for me is picking a hard date to accomplish the goal by and then mapping out weekly tasks to get that goal achieved. You can also set 1, 5, and 10-year goals! Have something to look forward to and accomplishing! Right now is the best time ever to set some goals!!!!! Let’s dream bigger than ever together!

Being Prepared Helps With Planning

It is important to plan ahead to stay on track. If you just go with the flow you may get off of your healthy eating, your training, and push workouts to the side. I don’t believe in strict diets as you need to live a little. I do believe in having a plan, staying focused, and feeling your best. I drink my magical drink every day and it keeps me feeling energized, focused and allows me to live life to the fullest while not being confined to a strict regimen.

My favorite plan to stick to is ketones daily and Reboot monthly. Once per month I reboot my body for 60 hours. The 60-hour Reboot resets your metabolism and gets you to your most optimal state. Being Adaptable Develops You Into A Stronger Person

In every situation you must be adaptable. Curve balls are going to come your way from time to time. Having a positive mindset through it all will help you handle the stress of these changes. Change is always GREAT! You learn, grow and evolve with change. Life happens for us, it doesn’t happen to us. It is okay if you miss a workout or decide to have a treat.

Give yourself grace and embrace the current state you are in. Remember, you can always get back on track and learn from each situation. Sending you all light, love and positivity! We will all grow so much from this experience and be even stronger together.
