For me, a healthy lifestyle starts with being active—moving my body to keep me fit, manifesting positivity through daily reflection, and powering my energy with Premium Fuel.

I discovered my passion for working out and exercising at a young age, and I always enjoyed staying active by playing team sports in school. I played tennis, ran track and participated in cheerleading. As an adult, it has been such a passion and privilege for me to share my knowledge and love of healthy living with so many others through my career.

While I absolutely love group training and doing classes like Pure Barre, another one of my favorite ways to motivate others to improve their fitness goals is through circuit training. That’s why today I’ve designed a fast-paced 25 Minute HIIT Workout to help you move your total body and feel great. Are you ready to join me?

Do each exercise for 30 seconds:

  • High Knees
  • Jump Squats
  • Pushups
  • Planks
  • REST 30 seconds
  • Jumping Jacks
  • Alternating Lunges
  • Mountain Climbers
  • Crunches
  • REST 30 seconds

Repeat this series 5 times for an amazing full-body workout. Trust me, you’ll feel your body’s power when you’re finished!
