Why You Absolutely Need to Get a Peloton Bike

It probably comes as no surprise that I love to workout. At times, it can be a challenge to get it in but once I do the day is always even better!!! 

Like a lot of you, I live a very productive lifestyle that keeps me always on the go. So whenever I do have a chance to exercise—even if it’s just for 15 or 20 minutes—I seize the chance! 

That’s why I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE my Peloton bike! The fact that I can get in an effective workout from home that is FUN is everything!

Now before you wonder, this is NOT a sponsored post. I genuinely want to share my experiences with you about this amazing piece of equipment because it truly has transformed how I workout. 

I have owned my Peloton bike now for almost two years, and I wanted to post about why joining the Peloton family was one of the best at home fitness investments I have ever made. 

First and foremost, when you purchase a Peloton, you are not only investing in a piece of equipment, but you are also investing in yourself. As an entrepreneur, I have learned to manifest exactly what I want for myself every single day, and this machine is no different.

Whether you’re interested in purchasing the bike or tread, you are investing in something that will improve your health. The workouts have allowed me to stay in tip-top shape, in addition to my pure barre classes, weights and running after the kiddos!!

Additionally, when you purchase a Peloton membership, there are SO many classes available at your fingertips—and not just spin classes! Peloton offers strength, yoga, cardio, meditation, running, stretching, and boot camp classes to help you target your entire body. 

On the app, there is an expansive library of pre-recorded classes in addition to live classes you can join. The live classes are extremely fun because you can take them alongside your friends and compete against them virtually. How cool is that?! 

Each class is led by an instructor who participates in the workout WITH you, which is super motivating. I love the feeling it brings doing the workout together!!!

All of the Peloton instructors I’ve taken classes with have been phenomenal, but I would have to say a few of my favorites are @robinnyc, @fitxkendall, @oamato, @alextoussaint25 and @pelotonjenn on Instagram. The more classes you take WITH the instructors, the more you learn their lives, personalities and music tastes… sort of like meeting a new best friend. The trainers always emphasize that YOU are in charge of your experience in the class. And even though they encourage you to do your best, it’s ultimately up to you to challenge yourself and leave it all in the class.

As I mentioned before, convenience is probably the biggest perk of them all. Being a #BossBabe and a mom of some young kiddos, I am extremely active all the time. No two days look the same in my calendar, so the convenience of being able to workout from home literally whenever I have the time is amazing.

Usually, I will take the 30-45 minute classes on my bike. However, they even offer 15-minute classes that are great in a pinch when I’m pressed for time. 

The convenience of the Peloton bike is completely unrivaled. From the the amazing list of classes and instructors to the incredible SWEAT I experience during a session, I cannot stress enough how much you should try it for yourself.
