Keto Popsicle Recipe

Happy Summer, friends! ☀️☀️☀️

I absolutely love this time of year. In our family, summertime is all about more sunshine, more time outside in the pool, and more quality time with the kiddos.

Because Dustin and I maintain what I like to call a “keto-ish” lifestyle of mostly keto-friendly foods, we love finding snacks and meals the kiddos can enjoy with us. We truly believe that teaching them about healthy eating at this stage in their lives will set them up for healthy lifestyles in the future.

Although I’m not much of a sweets person myself and try not to keep many in the house, I do like to treat the kiddos to some sweets sometimes in moderation. So when I discovered a recipe for strawberry peach popsicles that were infused with all the benefits of NAT Lite, I decided to blend up a batch for the whole family. They were a huge HIT!!!

This is one of the fastest and easiest recipes I have ever made, so I’m sure you can do it, too. You will love this delicious summer snack! Take a look at the recipe and ingredients below.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of NAT Strawberry Peach (I used caffeine free)
  • 1 tbsp confectioners sugar (I used swerve)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1 silicone popsicle mold

To make these delicious pops, just blend all the ingredients together, pour the mixture into popsicle molds, and place the molds in freezer until frozen. Then enjoy!

Adding NAT Lite is optional, but my kiddos love it! So I like to add packets of the Nat Strawberry Peach into the mix, too (I use 20 oz of water and 2 packs of NAT lite).
