One of my favorite go to recipes for any occasion is Buffalo Chicken Dip. It is delicious, easy to make and everyone loves it! To make it kid friendly use less buffalo sauce unless they like it spicy! You can eat it with celery sticks, parmesan whisps or so much more! Enjoy!!!

Keto-Friendly Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken (I love using rotisserie chicken) 
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (I use grass fed organic cream cheese) 
  • 1.5 cups cheese (I love to use different blends of cheeses- mozzarella and cheddar) 
  • 1/3 cup buffalo sauce 
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing 
  • 1 tsp MCT Oil (I prefer Prüvit 143

Step By Step

  1. Shred the cooked chicken
  2. Put cream cheese & shredded cheese in frying pan or pot on low
  3. Stir in buffalo sauce & shredded chicken 
  4. Add blue cheese dressing & MCT Oil 
  5. Mix it all up, and heat it all up until warm 
  6. Put it in a bowl, add a little shredded cheese on top for garnish 

I serve my buffalo chicken dip with Parmesan chips (I love Whisps) & celery, for a low carb appetizer or snack!
