Being a working mom of two doesn’t always mean I can make it to a pure barre® class, a cycling class or the gym. Nothing beats an in-studio experience but sometimes this momma needs to get creative to make it happen!

I workout when they go to bed or before they wake up to make sure it gets scheduled in. The Peloton is my favorite go-to at-home workout! I love that I can hop on the bike and get a quick workout in. I feel incredible while doing it! The variety of classes is amazing! The instructors are always so encouraging and make you feel like you’re in a live class!

Cycling is such an incredible cardio workout. You burn calories, it is low impact, and you can set your own pace. As you ride it helps build lean muscle and definition! I love that with cycling you can catch a class in studio or in the comfort of your own home! Any stationary bike works for an at-home cardio workout. Challenge yourself every day, be better than you were the day before, and focus on the glass always being more than half full! You got this!
