Living a highly productive lifestyle means I am always on the move. That’s why I am always looking for new keto-ish recipes that are quick, easy and tasty for me and the kiddos.

Earlier this month around Cinco de Mayo, I was looking for fun recipes to make with Elle and Steele and I found this one for Apple Nachos!!! I know it sounds a little funny, but it truly is one of our new go-to dishes.

I know what you’re thinking: how do apples and salsa go together? Well, they don’t! This recipe is a sweet and savory treat made with apples, nuts, almond butter and chocolate chips. It’s amazing!!! Plus, it uses some of premium MCT 143 that will help provide ketones and fuel for your brain. MCT 143 oil really levels up this recipe and takes it from regular snacking to premium snacking!!

Instructions:

  1. Cut the apples into slices
  2. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave (We used Lily’s Milk Chocolate and White Chocolate Chips). Then add the MCT 143 into the chocolate mixture to make it easier to drizzle
  3. Melt the peanut butter or almond butter in the microwave. I added more MCT 143 here too.
  4. Then top your nachos with nuts (pecans, walnuts, flax seeds or chia seeds are all low carb options)
  5. Enjoy!
